Cancellations or changes require seven days notice prior to arrival date to obtain a refund of your prepayment minus $30.00 cancellation fee. If less than seven days notice is given, your prepayment is forfeited. Room price includes a full gourmet breakfast each morning, wine and hors d’oeuvres every evening and unrivaled charm and hospitality throughout your stay. Room rates based upon maximum of 2 person occupancy; $20.00 for each additional person in room. No charge for chidren 5 years or younger. All others charged same as adult. Guests may invite friends to breakfast provided that innkeeper is notified in advance. Seasonal rates offered; some restrictions may apply for special event and holiday periods. Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking not permitted on premises.
